Bahia Solano - trolling

For our guest who want to strictly troll for pelagic species, Bahia Solano boast access to one of the world’s premier currents to do so. The Humboldt or “Peru” current is less than ten miles from shore. Annually, April to June, the current brings an abundance of sardine. This migration draws a multitude of aquatic life in a feeding frenzy. Yellowfin tuna, billfish, amberjack, a variety of snapper, and many other species gather a short boat ride from shore. Nestled between a commercial hub in the south and a world class destination for pelagic species to the north, Bahia Solano is quickly becoming a premier destination itself to target trophy pelagics.
